What is the minimum order quantity?

We don’t have a minimum order quantity; you can even order a solitary tone bar spring for £0.50.

 

What is your pricing policy?

At Electric Keys we operate an Every Day Fair Pricing policy – but what exactly does that mean?

Well, at its most basic, it means that at Electric Keys we offer genuinely competitive prices across our range of products, to all of our customers, every day of the year. We have one set of prices – our best prices – for everyone; everyday.

That does not mean that we don’t look out for special purchase opportunities with our suppliers that then lead to special offers - which we let our customers know about.

In practice, this means that we spend time every week looking at prices in the marketplace to ensure that we are offering good value. We don’t promise to be the very cheapest on every item – there will always be a few products out there being offered at silly money to attract your attention – but across the range and throughout the year we do guarantee that we will offer excellent value and great service.  

And as well as this we are always honest with our prices.

Some things Electric Keys WON’T do:  

  1. Advertise give-away prices on items we don’t actually stock.
  2. Use one or two eye catching offers to create the impression of low prices all round.
  3. Claim to be offering big price reductions against prices we never offered in the first place. 

The bottom line is that our prices are highly competitive and genuine for everyone; everyday.

Is VAT included in the product price?

All of the product prices quoted on the Electric Keys website are in Pounds Sterling and exclusive of VAT. The VAT is shown where applicable after the shipping details have been added.

 

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes we do. We back all our products with our 100% 'No Quibble' Guarantee for 6 months. In the unlikely event you have any defects or damaged items upon delivery with any item we will:- 

  1. Give full email and/or telephone support
  2. Arrange any return for you (for UK customers)
  3. Reimburse you for the cost of returns (for non UK customers)
  4. Offer to repurchase all or part of the goods from you.

 

When will your order be delivered?

We deliver worldwide via a courier on Monday to Friday inclusive. We aim to deliver no later than 5 working days from the date of despatch. If this is not possible for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. Wherever possible we will provide you with the tracking details of your order so that you can map its journey to your address. We cannot specify a time of the day that the delivery will be made.

 

How much does delivery cost?

The costs are dependent upon the weight of the order. The weight categories are; up to 100g, up to 250g, then every 250g up to 2.0kg and from there per 1kg up to a maximum of 30kg. Every order is processed this way regardless of location to ensure everyone is treated the same. Where possible we offer two delivery options; one standard delivery method without tracking or insurance and one priority delivery method with tracking and insurance at an additional cost. Additionally you may request an alternative delivery option to suit your requirements. Contact us at enquiries@electrickeys.co.uk detailing the service required so that a separate invoice can be raised.

 

What if I am not in when my order arrives?

If you are not likely to be at home when your order is delivered, let us know if there is somewhere safe to leave it – this could be with a neighbour or in the greenhouse etc. When you place your order online, please leave these instructions in the; ‘delivery instructions’ text box or let us know when ordering by telephone – please note, if you ask us to leave your order in a safe place, this is entirely at your own risk.

 

Do Electric Keys give Refunds?

Yes we do. If your products are damaged when they reach you or they are the wrong items then we will either refund you or replace the items, whichever method suits you the customer and is possible for us to achieve. We may request the return of the damaged items so that we can determine the extent of the damage before agreeing a refund.

 

Can you supply items not listed on the website?

Yes we can. If the product you are looking for is not listed on the website then we can obtain a price for the supply of that item. Use the contact form to make your request.
